Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales team
• Liaise and build strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate and work closely with customers to resolve the issues and problems 
• To perform ad-hoc job assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Diploma holders or above
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service / administration field
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office
• Willing to learn and a good team player
