Job Description

Job Descriptions:

-     Handling office administration work;

-     Providing clerical support, including communicate effectively with suppliers & contractors;

-     Out door work (go to bank / post office etc.) is required;

-     Handling ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

-     DSE or above;

-     2-3 years of experience in interior design or construction firm;

-     Proficiency in Microsoft Office application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing;

-     Good command of written and spoken in Cantonese & English; Good command of spoken Putonghua is an advantage;

-     Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills;

-     Immediately available is highly preferred

Working Location: Wan Chai (Exhibition Centre Station)
