This position is on fixed-term employment. The candidate will work with the existing Assistant to Executives to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the teams. Group medical, personal accident insurance and life insurances will be provided.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to teams, including travel arrangement, meeting scheduling, business expenses processing, etc.
• Support office and general administration, including office supplies and utilities, visitors, external calls, in-coming mails, internal memo, etc.
• Assist ad hoc projects as required 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related disciplines
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience, confident and proactive, and enjoy working with foreign executives in a MNC and fast-paced environment  
• Able to prioritize and handle multi-tasks, and work efficiently under tight schedule
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & PowerPoint a must
• Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
