• Handle payroll matters such as preparing monthly payroll calculation, final payment, tax returns, MPF contributions and other compensation & benefits related matters
• Full spectrum of recruitment functions, including sourcing, job posting, arrange interview appointment, conduct interview, screening
• Review and manage personnel record and leave record
• Provide general administrative support such as insurance and license registration & renewal etc.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

• 2-3 years relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in F&B, Retails, or Hospitality industry
• A proven record of completing payroll accurately and on time
• Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant law and regulations
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
• Independent, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, efficient, multi-tasking with time management skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
