• Perform all round HR & Administration functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and training activities
• Responsible for C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF, taxation administration
• Manage annual HR projects including performance appraisal, salary benchmarking, annual staff activities
• Provide support in general office administration duties
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Bachler Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG, retails or hospitality industry
• Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR legal compliances
• Mature, detail-minded, able to work independently and multi-tasking
• A good team player and strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources & Administration Officer
