Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and revamp Performance Management System.
- Develop and implement the performance based reward system.
- Lead the HR transformation and digitalization projects.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for HR digital transformation process.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 8 years relevant experience.
- In-depth experience in performance management and HR transformation.
- Possess good project management experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proactive with good analytical skills and presentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management and staff
