Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and business administrative support to Division Head and senior members of the Division;
- Coordinate meetings with relevant departments and prepare meeting agenda & minutes;
- Handle administrative duties and arrange events across departments;
- Compile presentation materials and monitor regular reports;
- Draft English and Chinese correspondences;
- Take record of phone calls & enquiries for Division Head; and
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above and/or formal secretarial training;
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in banks, FIs or sizable organizations;
- Experience in performing secretarial and administrative support to senior management;
- Presentable, well organized, attentive to details and self-motivated;
- Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in fast-paced environment; andGood PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
