Job Description
Duties:
- In charge of recruitment and select the right candidates to fill positions
- Handle employment cycle and mobility to support company growth;
- Organize new staff orientation and personnel record filing;
- Managing day-to-day office administration;
- Effectively lead & interpret Company policies and management;
- Work on appraisal or non-compliance letters to staffs;
Requirement :
- Mature and tactful;
- Good planning and implementing capability;
- Solid HR practices with PRC labour law is preferable;
- Presentable written Chinese and spoken Mandarin;
- Good at MS Office and Chinese word input.
