About the Client

Our client is a leading transport and logistics operator headquartered in Hong Kong with global presence. Due to recent expansions, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as Senior HR Officer - Total Rewards

About the Role

  • Participate in overseas BU HR team to ensure accurate submission of data, including but not limited to headcount and remuneration data/structure, to head office.
  • Develop and maintain custodians on total rewards programs of overseas BU
  • Maintain up to date market trend and instil best HR market practice while compare external competitiveness related to rewards
  • Prepare annual projects, including LTIP calculation and Total compensation Review cycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands on experience in the area of C&B gained from a sizeable organization with regional and or global presence
  • Have experience assisting the development and implementation of all C&B related policies and procedures
  • Sound numeracy skills is needed with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
