Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth operation of the department and managing daily workflows in a timely manner
- Assisting the team to manage the workplace facilities
- Provide support in sustainability and environment-related issues including award application
- Support in research and development of new technologies in the area of Workplace services
- Responding to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
- Assisting in preparation of meeting materials and presentations as required
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitor usage of related expenses
- Coordinating office health & safety matters and events
- Handle ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years’ practical experience in day-to-day office operation, repair and maintenance, preferable in commercial field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly customer-oriented
- Have strong sense of responsibility, able to work multi-tasking
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
