Our client is a global retail company with strong reputation in the market. In order to support their business growth and talent strategy, they are currently looking for a seasoned Talent Management Manager to reinforce the group's corporate learning culture and enhance employees' capability.

Job duties:

• Support the group's senior management in launching corporate talent development programs, succession planning, performance management and other culture-building projects
• Design and launch competency-based learning & development programs to all staff across all levels through different learning platforms with the collaboration of internal and external key stakeholders
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of different learning solutions and ensure staff are well equipped with skills and knowledge to support continuous business growth
• Facilitate and coordinate internal communication sessions
• Prepare annual learning budget with the direction from the HR Director and monitor learning expenses

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in HR or equivalent is preferred
• At least 10 years of solid corporate training experience
• Solid succession planning experience with sizeable companies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
• Excellent leadership skills to coach and develop team members
• Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
