Job Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Provide strategic people advisory to business leaders to drive business objectives
- Responsible for effective execution of people strategies
- Working closely with “Center of Excellence – COE” to handle full spectrum of HR matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, internal mobility, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and performance management…etc
Strategic HR Projects
- Be a HR representative to drive organization development and business transformation programs to maximize business performance, productivity and employees’ morale
- Provide HR advisory for company-wide business projects
- Participated in ad hoc HR projects by working with other HR team members
Job Requirements
- University degree with minimum 10 years of relevant Human Resources experience preferably gained in financial industry
- Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
- Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
