Job Description

Job Descriptions: 

  • Responsible for sales administration duties including but not limited to coordinate pre-sales and pro-sales activities
  • Work with Admin & IT team to provide administrative support to the business unit, such as assisting staff system account create/ update, computer hardware and software issue, stationery ordering, occasionally assist on meeting rooms reservation arrangements, demo kitchen and showroom management.
  • Sample order processing and inventory management
  • Administer and update promotion circular and pricing to the system
  • Update sales promotions, price list, demand forecast, shipment schedule, inventory report and sales by brand related reports timely
  • Making phone calls to POS or customer finance department to follow up outstanding payment)
  • Coordinate on staff sales and customer redemption program
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

 The ideal candidate should be :

  • Tertiary education and above in Business Studies or relative disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in order processing, sales administration related background
  • Responsible, analytical, meticulous, independent and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and able to work on multi-tasks
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
