Responsibilities:

• To provide one-stop human resources solutions to Business Operations
• Handle all round HR functions including the payroll processing, taxation, recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relations, performance management and staff benefits, etc.
• Update and maintenance of HR system and prepare reports on a regular basis
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Working experience in all-rounded human resources functions including payroll administration is preferred but not essential
• Attention to detail, organized, result-oriented, analytical and methodical
• Independent, takes the initiative & ownership for completing assignments to a high standard and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Good in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
