Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all round HR cycle such as Recruitment, L&D, Employee Relation and HR Operation
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration and arrange work permit / work visa application for overseas employees
  • Maintenance of Personal Files, HRIS Data, employment letters and documentation,
  • Employee notifications and transactions
  • Point-of-contact for HC policy, employee handbook, enquiries from employees
  • Local support for entry level and experienced hire recruitment, working closely with the regional recruitment team to coordinate and deliver on a seamless process
  • Administer Retirement plans (MPF, ORSO) for shore personnel of the Hong Kong office.
  • Assist with local office training requirements and coordination
  • Discipline documentation for shore employees of the Company
  • Support process and input for employees and managers on issues relating to performance, fairness, and culture
Skills and Attributes:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-3 year or above relevant experience in Human Resources is preferred
  • Understanding of and exposure to professional services / consulting or multi-national corporate environment
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other HR legislations
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication, logical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and different cultures
  • Flexible attitude, hard-working, be prepared to step outside of job description as and when needed
  • Immediate available
