Job Description

Job Responisbilities:

  • Responsible for daily payroll operations for clients
  • Coordinate with custodial & lodgment functions including money movement and statutory administration and submission etc.
  • Assist in tax related issues
  • Handle phone-in and email enquiries on our services
  • Maintain good business relationship with clients
  • Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately;
  • Other ad- hoc HR and admin duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree is preferred
  • 3-5year experience also consider, Senior Candidate can consider as Senior Specialist
  • Excellent communication skills with proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, Organized, analytical, and strong in communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team players
  • Immeidate avalible is a Preferred
