Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform collection duties on delinquent accounts
- Contact customer and handle billing or overdue repayment with appropriate manner
- Negotiate with borrower for repayment schedule
- Handle enquiries related to collection matters
- Perform daily duties in compliance with the internal code of conduct and external regulations
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE graduates or above
- At least 1-2 years of debt collection experience in banks or financial company is preferable
- Working experience in customer services / telemarketing is an advantage
- Fluentin spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS applications including MS Word and Excel
