We are looking for Service Coordinator to support the IT service team for daily operation.

Job Duties :

    Assist in supporting the operation for the IT service department

    Coordinate and line up the services with customers and engineers

    Prepare the work schedule and service reports

    Perform the administration duties for the department such fax, filing and data entry

Requirement

    Diploma or above in Business / Tourism / Marketing /IT or other area

    At least 1 year working experience in clerical / customers service experience

    Familiar in using MS Office such as word / excel

    Good communication
