Our client, a well-known Chinese Investment Bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join the group.

Job Description 

• Responsible for the reimbursement and filing of various financial expenses of the department
• Responsible for ordering stationery, newspapers and publications, public stationery equipment, and applying for printing business cards
• Responsible for assisting in the preparation of weekly reports, meeting minutes, financial budgets, and the summary and reporting of the completion of various reports
• Responsible for arranging departmental hospitality and booking air tickets and transportation
• Responsible for other comprehensive administrative affairs such as publicity, etiquette and external reception and liaison
• Assist the team to process various applications (training form, purchase form, travel expense table, travel declaration form)
• Responsible for courier, stationery order, storage room fee invoice processing

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma Holder in Business Studies / Secretarial Studies or equivalent
• 3 years’ or above of relevant experience
• Able to meet deadline, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English (including spoken mandarin)
