Our client is a cyber-security and data mining company, currently looking for a contract HR analyst to support the company focus on compensation & Benefits analyses. This role will be work closely with HR VP and other parties across APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate periodical and/or HR analytical report for management review
- Analyses the compensation and benefit data against the compensation policies and reports non-compliant cases and behaviour
- Responsible for HR analytics and Management reports
- Assist in headcount planning and preparation of staff budget and forecast
- Take up the primary role for benefit administration – medical & pension benefit enrolment and termination, monthly MPF & ORSO contributions, festive gifts and other fringe benefits arrangement, and leave administration for Hong Kong and overseas offices;
- Support C&B functions such as compensation and benefit management, performance management and, data formulating & analysis as well as presentation preparation
- To undertake additional global and regional learning and development and engagement projects
- To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in C&B operations preferably in multinational company
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Hands-on experience in Oracle system is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and presentation skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is preferred
