Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Regional Talent Manager.

This vacancy is currently advertised in Hong Kong, but the vacancy can be based across Asia Pacific.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Owns the strategic execution plan of implementing all the key Group/Regional driven talent initiatives and programmes and are accountable and responsible for delivery of those key programmes and talent cycle activities such as Organisational Leadership Review
  • Owns the Group/ Regional Talent products (i.e. coaching, mentoring, sponsorship) and plays the key advisory role for strategic delivery of these products across Market/ Region
  • Works closely with Regional & Country L&TD Leads to provide thought leadership and plan deployment activities of talent programmes and incorporate into strategic people plan
  • Be the key representative from Asia in providing feedback and collaborate with Group in streamlining HR Technology (i.e. SAP, Avature, Degreed, Taleo)
  • Support in providing Regional Talent Management Information reporting, analytics and trends
  • Where applicable, support the design, customization of talent solutions from Group to suit Region/Country needs and build of best practice solutions to partner with CoEs/HRCs/HRBPs
  • Input expertise to framework, process, product and propositions required to successfully deliver CoE initiatives
  • Support in maintaining and managing Talent infrastructure for the Region
  • Provide talent services delivery and support – debriefing, coaching services, talent reviews and developmental support
  • Support Regional Head of L&TD to coordinate and review key papers/documents/proposals for governance meetings
  • Oversee and share best practices with countries on the broader Diversity and Inclusion agenda across the organisation, overseeing activities governance
  • Lead the end to end preparation and delivery of the monthly Diversity and Inclusion Dashboard, and other related Management Information reports for Global teams as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate countries career development related engagement activities including organization wide mentoring initiatives and career workshops
  • Oversee and manage the Talent related contents of country internet sites and collaborate with the Knowledge Management team on ongoing updates
  • Participate and support other Group/Regional Talent related projects as needed

Requirements

  • University degree holder
  • Prior experience in Talent Management preferred but not compulsory
  • Proven and strong experience in end to end project management
  • Able to work efficiently/remotely with minimal supervision and efficient in virtual collaborative duties
  • Ability work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong agile mindset
  • Proficient in drafting governance papers and reporting
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
