Our client, a well-known trading and manufacturing company, is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in all round office administration including office supplies management, office equipment maintenance, procurement of office equipment, stationeries and pantry’s supplies and cleaning services, etc.
• Liaise with various vendors (including office supplies, insurance, office renovation and landlord for contract renewal etc.)
• Coordinate with internal departments for daily operations
• Provide logistics support
• Assist in organizing company’s activities and social activities

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder
• 2 years relevant working experience in administration
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of English and Chinese
