Job Description:

• Act as the business partner to provide strategic advices to business managers in the areas of manpower planning, talent acquisition and development, performance and reward management, employees relations and engagement, etc.;
• Oversee and conduct all recruitment activities of the assigned business units to ensure timeliness and cost effectiveness in acquisition of talents;
• Explore innovative and effective candidates sourcing channels, and co-ordinate job fairs and advertising activities;
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research in relation to talent acquisition and employee retention strategies;
• Compile HR related statistics and prepare relevant analysis and reporting materials for submission to senior management or head office;
• Participate in exercises of job matching, headcount budgeting, and ad hoc projects as assigned;
• Coordinate training events to facilitate employee development and fulfill CPT requirements;
• Develop and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, e.g. staff events, well-being programs, CSR activities, etc.;
• Support continuous improvement in HR polices, work processes and systems with reference to market practices and business strategies;
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with statutory requirements and in alignment with company policies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years’ HR experience with at least 5 years in the capacity of business partnership;
• Experience in securities brokerage house or financial institution preferred;
• Well versed in Employment ordinances and other HR related regulations;
• Strong communication and presentation skills and a good team player;
• Self-motivated, proactive, multi-tasking and attentive to details;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
