Job Responsibilities:

• To provide clerical support to the Division;
• To assist the Administrative Officer in compiling and preparing statistical reports;
• To maintain stock and inventory of stationeries and initiate procurement request of those items;
• To check and confirm bills of payment of utilities, distilled water, vending machine services, laundry services, etc.;
• To maintain the inventory of the furniture/equipment of the Division;
• To prepare the schedule on carpet cleaning and pest-control services;
• To relief reception duties whenever required; and
• To perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Preferably with 1 year work experience;
• Sound skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Execute and review the quality control according to manuals;
• Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure;
• Good personality and communication skill; and
• Good command of Chinese and English.
