Job Description:
- Handle all rounded Administrative tasks including but not limited to office supply ordering, petty cash, meeting rooms arrangement etc.
- Work closely with the EA to look after the Top Management’s calendar and scheduling to ensure there is no clashes between meetings and handle travel booking when needed
- Closely liaise with external vendors for office maintenance matters
- Assist in ad hoc administrative tasks when necessary
- University degree in Business Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of Administration experience preferably from an MNC
- Candidates who are willing to learn are desired
- Excellent language skills is a MUST – preferred near native English speaking skills
- Candidate with short notice/ immediately available will be an advantage
