• Manage full spectrum of human resources services including recruiting, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management and policies review.
• Act as a business partner to understand the company's people needs and to generate value-added people solutions to the business unit head and their team.
• Engage, advice and provide HR support and solutions to leaders/managers and employees on people related issues.
• Enhance and implement best practices to improve work efficiency and digitalize the work process by adopting appropriate technology solutions.
• Drive and/or participate to global and regional HR projects and initiatives. 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from sizable MNC and fast paced environment. Well-versed in Labor Laws and HR related regulations, experienced in handling HR service for overseas business is preferred.
• Detail-minded, high level of accuracy, analytical and positive, with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. With knowledge in Workday is an advantage.
