Our client is a Global well known Automotive Company with a global presence. They are looking a Assistant/ Training Development Manager to support their regional Training & Development activities across Hong Kong & Macau.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing the strategy for learning and development initiatives that support the business objectives
- Design and develop training objectives for each training and provide measurement and evaluation for training effectiveness
- Source and liaise with external training providers in the design and delivery of an array of learning solutions
- Manage Management Trainee program
- Prepare reports for management review on training effectiveness.
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum 6 years of training experience
- Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Full understanding of blended learning and help drive an overall digital learning culture
- Competent in project management, organization and follow up
