Requirements

• University graduate in Event Management, MICE or equivalent
• 1 year experience in the execution of marketing functions or events
• Experience in organizing seminar, webinar, online events or campaigns
• Well-versed in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP
• Self-motivated, dynamics, detail-minded with cheerful personality
• Good communication of both spoken and written English
• Fresh graduates in MICE, Event or related disciplines are welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide support on the implementation of marketing functions and events
• Assist in organizing seminars, online campaigns, webinar and training workshop
• Responsible for preparing marketing material & schedules and evaluation report
• Coordinate various activities with members, external vendors and internal parties
