Responsibilities:

• Support HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, etc
• Handle end to end recruitment processes include posting job advertisements, screening CVs, arranging or conducting interviews, onboarding logistics, etc
• Assist in HRMS implementation, testing and deployment
• Update employee data and maintain accurate staff information and records
• Prepare various HR reports
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3-5 years solid HR experience of which a focus on generalist functions, preferably in securities and investment firm
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under the pressure and independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
