Our client, a sizable listed conglomerate is now looking for:
Department Secretary (20K~25K)
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the department
- Handle daily schedule arrangement, prepare cash expense reports and summary statements
- Co-ordinate and arrange extensive busines travels including itineraries planning, air ticket arrangement and hotel reservation
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
- 2 years or above secretarial or administrative experience
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Mandarin and English with conversational Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
