Duties:

• To assist in updating and maintaining database;

• To assist in collecting, verifying and scanning the documents from schools and teachers to the database;

• To liaise with schools and teachers in relation to applications;

• To assist in compiling and analyzing survey and statistical data in relation to the database;

• To assist in handling local and overseas recruitment exercises as well as applications for fringe benefits under the two teacher Schemes; and

• To undertake other administrative support and ad hoc duties as required.

 Requirements:

• A Hong Kong Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with major in computer science, statistics, education or human resource management an advantage;

• A minimum of 5 years or above post-qualification working experience in the field of administration, education or training. Preferably with at least two years working experience in government departments or non-governmental organizations (NGOs);

• Level 3 or above in HKDSE/HKCEE English Language, or Grade C or above in pre 2007 HKCEE English Language (Syllabus B), or Grade E or above in AS Use of English in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination or equivalent;

• Excellent command of spoken English and proficient in both written English and Chinese;

• Good inter-personal, communication and analytical skills, responsible and self-motivated;

• Good knowledge in computer applications in information management such as Microsoft Access, Excel and Word processing in both Chinese and English;

• Outgoing and self-initiated personality; and

• Able to work independently and under pressure
