Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administration and clerical support such as data input, updating and filing documents
• Handle the document scanning work
• Retrieve the scanned documents on request of project teams
• Assist in internal documents distribution
• Order and keep stock of the stationery, printing materials, general supplies and maintain records of distribution
• Assist in warehouse inventory administration
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• HKDSE/Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Well-organized, hardworking, self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
