A Chinese Forune 500 firm Investment Firm based in both Hong Kong and China is currently seeking for a HR Manager to join their growing organization working closely with the HR Director. This will be a great opportunity for those who have experience in handling HR generalist duties and would like to step up to a management level and take part in making strategic decisions to assist in the shaping of this fast growing company.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment for Hong Kong and manage relationships with recruitment agencies
• Manage payroll process with external payroll vendor
• Be an advisor to sthe HR Director on HR affairs and assist in formalizing and updating organizational charts
• Work cloesly with multiple branch offices based in China
• Handle staff visa applications
• Prepare periodic reports and statistics of recruitment and staff development plans
• Benchmark compensation levels
• Administer compensation and benefits program
• Ensure adherence to employment law and compliance to regulatory concerns
• Develop and monitor a positive company culture in collaboration with senior management
• Plan and implement employee relations events such as team building programs and annual events

Job Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, business or related discipline
• 6 years of HR experience
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin (read and write Simplified Chinese is an advantage)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English Cantonese
• Experience in revamping and implementing HR polices
• Familiarity with Hong Kong and China employment law and practices
• Resourceful, self-motivated, cheerful, independent and proven ability to work within a dynamic work environment
