Duties

• Provide wide range of dally administrative support to the operation team, e.g. proper filing of records and documents, consolidate and distribute document to the concern parties, maintain flight schedule and customer profile
• Handle general enquires from external and internal parties
• Assist to manage external & internal parties with all the matters related to operations
• Prepare reports, memos and letters to internal and external parties
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skill and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
