Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical & administrative support to engineering team
- Perform data inputting and maintaining documents library, files/records
- Maintain and follow up the attendance record of site labour
- Handle multi-task projects and assist in ad hoc assignments
- Station in Tseung Kwan O Site office
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Good PC knowledge and skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently with initiative
- Good manner, team work spirit and well-organized
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
