Responsibilities

• Perform reception and clerical duties;
• Coordinate courier & postal services, and internal distribution, and
• Work on ad hoc assignment as and when required.

 Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline with relevant working experience;
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skill;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, and
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese Word processing.
