Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full reception function in a professional manner
- Handle phone calls and answer enquires with professional manner
- Maintain tidiness and ensure presentability of reception area
- Support the coordination of press conferences and events organized
- Handle courier delivery and mailing services on occasional basis
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Good interpersonal skill
- Presentable, pleasant, patient and cheerful
- Immediately available is highly preferred
