- Assist and support the MI Analyst in day-to-day operations
- Collect business user requirements from initiative owner(s)
- Submit management information data extraction request and help the MI Analyst to coordinate between business and IT
- Become the bridge between business user and IT
- Validate extracted data based on predefined rules and logical rules
- Assist user to transfer raw data extractions into final output format
- Assist user to perform simple calculations using Excel formulas
- Assist MI Analyst on regular reporting and report generations
Preferred skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese clearly
- Bachelor degree
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge and experience in user requirements gathering is preferred
- Knowledge in MPF is preferred

- Discuss with IT on data extraction
- Be the coordinator between business and IT from request submission to final data validation and sign-offs
- Validate the data meets requirements using Excel formulas
- Document business user requirements and share with IT team
