• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and onboarding logistics, C&B activities & payroll processing;
• Prepare various HR reports for management review;
• Assist the team in various HR projects & revamp exercises;
• Handle office administration duties, e.g. office supplies replenishment and staff's travel expenses claim checking etc.;
• Participate in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• 3 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration, experience in technology firm would be a plus;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF and other related regulations;
• High proficiency of MS Office, in particular Excel;
• High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility, positive mindset;
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is much preferred.
