Administrative Clerk/Receptionist (Full Time)

Job duties:

• Perform all round front-desk duties
• Process student registrations (enrolment procedures)
• Assist teacher's administrative duties
• Data entry, typing, photocopying, filing
• Manage records (e.g: petty cash)
• Manage office supplies, order stationaries, office equipment maintenance

Job requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, good in Mandarin
• Act as a good team player, self-confident, willing to learn
• Work independently, detail-oriented, well-organized with positive working attitude
• Have working experience in learning center would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcomed

Working hours and staff benefits:

• 5.5 days work (MON – FRI : 10:00 – 19:00; SAT : 9:00 – 18:00; Half day work on either TUE/WED/THUR). Off on public holidays
• Medical insurance and staff discount on individual courses
• Immediate availability is an advantage
