My client is currently looking for an individual who can provide operational support within the academic team and will assist with various on-site administrative support throughout the assignment.

• Providing professional and administrative support in assessment and quality assurance activities
• Reviewing different applications to verify and execute assessment exercises
• Supporting the administration of the assessment service
• Conducting and organizing basic on-site activities; liaison with stakeholders; management of database and records
• Providing assistance in research and consultancy work and handling enquiries and counter service

Profile

• Diploma qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in the education sector or professional bodies
• Self-motivated, independent and responsible individual
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Chinese word processing skills
