Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to CEO of GHK Hospital
- Assist in daily operation, including project management and general coordination
- Handle business reports and correspondence, proposals and confidential documents as required
- Maintain proper filing system and data management
- Liaise with internal departments and business partners for operating issues
- Supervise a team of clerical staff
- Handle ad hoc duties as required by CEO/senior management
Requirements

- A Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative support experience, prior work experience in hospital industry is preferred
- Willing to learn, service attitude and result-oriented
- Discipline, good time management, detail-minded, working under pressure, efficient, independent and self-motivated
- Presentable with good communications (Proficient in English and Chinese as well as fluent in Mandarin)
- Proficient MS Office applications (e.g. Excel & PowerPoint) and word processing
