Job Description

• Provide administrative support in C&B team, such as filing and other HR related services
• Maintain time attendance system
• Support company activities, meeting and appointment
• Answer all HR hotline enquiry
• And ad-hoc duties as required

 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Initiative, strong sense of responsibilities and hardworking
• Able to work under tight deadline and willing to work under pressure
• Immediate available is a highly preferred
