Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform as a receptionist
- Provide a full range of administrative duties, including procurement, building management on drivers and property assistants, and correspondence handling
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant experience is preferred but not essential (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Pleasant, patient, with good telephone manner
- Independent, self-initiative, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with PC operations especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
