• Analyze and prepare job descriptions, engage recruitment channels, search, identify, approach and select candidates, conduct interviews, reference checks and secure offers;
• Administer job boards, social media, job and candidate database, career exhibition, etc;
• Conduct compensation alignment and liaison, prepare employment contracts;
• Validate timesheets, prepare payroll, autopay and MPF;
• Administer Vaccine Pass requirements, group medical, employees' compensation insurance, welfare activities, etc. for hundreds of outsourced staff;
• Support performance appraisal tasks, prepare reference letters and other documentation;
• Assist in other administrative duties as appropriate.

• Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years’ work experience; experience in recruitment activities is a plus; more experienced candidates may be considered as Senior HR Officer;
• Good communication and negotiation skills. 
• Good command of written English.  Fluent Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese data-entry.
