Position 1: Execuive Assistant (EA) Ref: 33-3022
Work location: Wanchai, Shui On Centre
A) Entry Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
- Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of post-degree working experience;
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
- Good communication skills; and
- Sound knowledge of IT systems and skills in application of computer software such as
Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
(B) Duration of Contract - 7 months (agency payroll)
(C) Job Duties
Agency EA is mainly responsible for carrying out the following duties -
- To provide administrative support in preparation work of the implementation of
the following the guidelines;
- To coordinate and oversee the full-scale stock review after the series of relocation exercises in recent years;
- To provide assistance in relocating our office away from CGO and relocating all offices to the new Tseung Kwan O Joint-user Building, including reviewing layout plans and liaising with different departments; and
- To carry out any other related duties as assigned by senior officers.
Position 2. Assistant Manager (AM) Capital Work Section Ref: 56-2022
Work location: Wanchai (Shui On Centre)
(A) Entry Requirements
- Good problem solving and analytical skills, working independently as well as within a team;
- Good awareness of local and overseas development trends of innovation, technology and industry; and
- Preference would be given to candidates with 3 years of related experience: post-qualification working experience in the planning, administration or management of capital works and commercial/industrial works projects; or experience in government or quasi-government bodies.
(B) Duration of Contract - 9 months (agency payroll)
(C) Job Duties
Agency AM is mainly responsible for carrying out the following duties -
- To handle administrative and secretarial duties relating to the capital works projects, planning studies and other assignments undertaken by the Capital Works Section;
- To coordinate the necessary estimates, schedules, returns and replies relating to the
planning and development of HKSTPC’s capital works projects;
- To provide assistance in the vetting of papers, tenders, agreements and other works-related documents submitted by HKSTPC;
- To assist in the preparation of policy papers and supporting documents on the capital works projects for meetings of LegCo panels and committees;
- To assist in the supervision of clerical staff, co-ordination of returns and filing;
- To assist in the office management duties of the Infrastructure Division; and
- To perform any other duties as required by senior officers.
