Job Description
Our client is a professional finanicial firm located in Central. They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant experienced with assisting senior C-level management. This is a great opportunity tp work in a fast paced friendly Westernized enviornment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management
- Schdule appointments and manage interactions with high level management from international firm
- Detail oriented in a fast paced enviornment
- Conduct research as needed required and data filling of confidential information
- Provide any ad-hoc assignments when needed
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with excellent command of English and Cantonese, Fluent Mandarin
- At least 5 years of experience serving senior executive preferably within a financial firm
- Strong communicator with outgoing poersonality
- Hold strong interpersonal communication skills, positive, and detail oriented
- Adaptable and personable
