Our client a sizable manufacturer in HK with solid foundation and expansion plan across Asia. Because of business need, a Senior C&B Officer role is raised for the HR talent to join the team

Responsibilities 

• Supervise the team in checking all the payroll, taxation, MPF and medical etc
• Assist management in conducting performance appraisal and reward projects
• HR reports preparation such as staff attendance report and payroll accounting report
• Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3 year’s solid C&B experience with preference in sizable organization.
• Proactive with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
