Job Summary

To manage the daily operations of the Event Management Team.

Manage, coordinate and execute MICE, Tour & Travel group assignments, and Corporate Events turned over by Sales or Event Sales.

Monitor all contractual agreements pertaining to rooms, food & beverage, special concession, and billing arrangements.

Communicate to all relevant departments the information necessary to successfully execute the group’s and event’s needs while maintaining a good client relationship.

Provide training and supervise the Event Management team to ensure successful execution of groups and events.

Job Requirements

University degree or higher diploma in hospitality industry is preferred.

At least 5 years of relevant experience of which 2 years should be in managerial role.

Good administration and organizational skills as well as good supervisory and training skills.

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage.
