Job Description
Job Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll, MPF contribution, taxation, attendance administration and employee relations
- Handle invoice payment queries from staff and external vendors
- Assist in Recruitment process: screen resume, search resume through online recruitment channel such as Jobs DB, schedule interviews for employers and applicants
- Ensure the employee record is accurate and up-to-date and the handling of employee contract & data is in full compliance of HK Employment Ordinance and regulation, formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures
- Provide administration support including reception, incoming and outgoing documents, courier services, stationeries, office facilities repairs, maintenance and renovation etc.
- Accountable for annual projects including annual salary review and bonus/ incentive exercise, group medical & insurance plans renewal, and market benchmark/surveys
- Communication with all levels staff to execute the projects and retinue works
- Responsible for HR and Administration related Ad-hoc duties and projects as required
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration/HR or other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Human Resources and Admin management
- In-depth knowledge of HK Labour Law and regulations is a must
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandrian
- Highly responsible, detailed minded and high execution ability
- Immediate available is preferred
